Overview¶
Agentic AI Cards offer streamlined access to AI-powered tasks, designed for specific activities such as:
- Marketing
- Sales
- Product Management
- Data Processing
Each card represents a focused workflow, helping you complete tasks faster and more effectively.
How to Use Agentic AI Cards¶
Interacting with Agentic AI Cards is simple:
- Hover over a card to view more details.
- Pin cards for quick access later.
- Like or Dislike to provide feedback.
- Scroll down to explore more cards.

Understanding Workflow Steps¶
Each Agentic AI Card consists of multiple workflow steps, depending on the task complexity.
Example: Sales Performance Reportings¶
This example shows how educators can automatically generate sales performance reportings from uploaded documents.
Step 1: Select an Integration¶
Choose where to pull your documents from.

Select a document containing the sales reportings.
Important:
Ensure the document is uploaded to Document Search first.

Steps 3–4: Automated Processing¶
- Step 3: The system automatically retrieves document details.
- Step 4: A sales performance reporting is generated based on the extracted information.

Post-Generation Options¶
After your report is generated, four actionable icons appear at the bottom:

- Copy — Quickly copy the generated text.
- Metrics — View detailed generation stats:
- Tokens per second
- Time to first token
- Total generation time
- Text-to-Speech — Play the response aloud.
- Export as PDF — Save the response as a downloadable PDF file.
