Document Search Overview

Document Search in Generate Enterprise lets you upload, manage, and query documents using AI-powered retrieval techniques. Leveraging RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), you can extract insights from your files without costly fine-tuning or large-scale GPU resources.

How It Works

  1. Upload Documents - Store files via integrations (Google Drive, OneDrive, Slack, Monday.com).

  2. Select a Document - Choose any uploaded file to analyze with AI.

  3. Choose an AI Model - Pick from local LLMs or cloud providers (OpenAI, Cohere, Mistral, Groq).

  4. Query Your Data - Enter natural-language questions to search content.

  5. Retrieve Responses - Receive accurate, contextual answers in real time.

Documents are automatically processed into embeddings for efficient RAG-based retrieval.
