The Generate Enterprise Dashboard provides an interface to track key metrics, including Database Search, Document Search, and File Uploads. Below is an overview of the functionalities available on the dashboard.

Key Functionalities

  • App Usage Metrics

    • Database Search: Total number of database search queries executed.
    • Document Search: Total number of document search queries executed.
    • File Uploads: Total files uploaded (Document Search, Database Search & Service Pilot)
  • Query Logs

    History of recent Database Search & Document Search queries.

    • Date: Timestamp of execution.
    • Query: Exact text of the query.

    Click More to load additional history.

  • File Uploads Panel

    Tracks files uploaded across the platform:

    • Service Pilot
    • Database Search
    • Document Search

    Easily filter or search uploads by category.

  • Video Tutorials

    Guided walkthroughs for Generate Enterprise (dashboard and beyond).

    • Click Watch Now to view tutorial videos.
  • Left-hand sidebar for quick access to:

    • Dashboard
    • Service Pilot
    • Database Search
    • Document Search

How to Use the Dashboard

  1. Monitor App Usage Metrics to track activity in Database Search, Document Search, and File Uploads.
